Manage daily operations of an 800-unit condominium association with extensive recreational and other common use facilities.

Extensive knowledge of Florida Statutes Chapters 718 and 720 and Administrative Code for condominiums.

Proactive risk management approach by extensively researching upcoming tax deed sales and other liens by thoroughly researching county and government websites. Extensive research experience.

Researched each payment and met with owners to clarify discrepancies and receive copies of cancelled checks to properly credit accounts. Regained owner trust through transparent accounting practices.

Under the supervision of an attorney, I assist in completing legal forms for refugees to apply for legal status in the US, as well as any other administrative work as needed.

Community Outreach, Apopka, FL
Through different organizations such as City of Destiny Church and private sponsors, I assist in coordinating weekly food drives to a community of over 2,000 residents in Apopka, FL. Coordination of annual back to school supply drive through same donors. Primarily responsible for communication and promotion to residents as well as operations on the day of the events.
